What is live-in care
Live-in Care is a great alternative to Care homes, where a care companion lives in your property, usually on a 2 week on 2 week off basis, rotating with another care companion. They will ensure they follow a personal centred care plan built by you, ensuring you have essential support throughout the day, whilst remaining in the comfort of your own homes.

ExperCare is also Regulated with Care Inspectorate Wales, who inspect and regulate our service to ensure we are operating within regulations.

Ongoing live-in care
Supporting your wish to remain in your own home, with a carer available at all times. Ensuring you are confident to remain in your own surroundings with the appropriate care and support. Live-In Care will ease you and your family, knowing that there is someone with you. Our Live-In Care companions can support you to remain a member of the community, supporting you attend your commitments, hobbies and interests.
Respite care
We provide a respite service, which will support you to look after your own wellbeing when caring for a loved one, whether you are going on holiday, fallen unwell, or need to take a well-deserved break. Care home respite is not the only option available, minimum term 1 week.
Reablement care
A great option if you are recovering from an operation, hospital stay or illness, our team will ease you back into your own home with short term care. Minimum period 1 week.
Palliative END OF LIFE CARE
We provide end of life care at home as an alternative to hospice care, support for you during your final stages of life in the comfort of your own home. We will work with you, your loved ones and healthcare professionals to ensure that your care needs are met with ease whilst following your wishes and advance decisions.
