My name is Nathan and I am the founder at ExperCare. I have worked within Social Care since 2012 in many different roles starting as a Care Assistant and working up through many different Leadership roles prior to Founding ExperCare. 

My Role is to ensure the company operates to its fullest potential, whilst remaining within guidelines set by our Regulators. I strive to ensure all our staff are equipped with the essentials required to provide appropriate care and support to our customers. 

As the Founder I vision being the best provider within the areas we cover, trusted associates for you and your loved ones, with the best team members to provide you with your needs.

My name is Nicola and I have worked within the Social Care industry since 2009. 

I started my career in Social care as a care assistant and have worked across many different roles, ranging from team leader to deputy manager, and have a wealth of Knowledge in the industry. 

As the Registered Manager I ensure that ExperCare operates within our regulatory requirements and ensure the organisation provides an excellent service to you and your loved ones. I support as aspects of the business ensuring we are providing a service that meets your needs.

My name is Steph and I am the Care Co-Ordinator for ExperCare, I am responsible for ensuring you have your visits at a time that suitable for you.

I support with many tasks, including completing your reviews, completing referrals to ensure your needs are met and supervising the staff teams. 

I have cared for many people with a range of different needs, I am super passionate about supporting others remain at home as independent as possible and enjoy caring for others. 

My name is Justine and I am the Field Care Supervisor for ExperCare, I complete your Initial assessments and are likely to be the first face you see of the organisation.

I will complete your tailored personal centred care plan with you and your loved ones, helping us gain an understanding of your likes, dislikes and routines. I will also complete reviews to ensure we continue to meet your needs.

I have cared for many people with a range of different needs, I am super passionate about supporting others remain at home as independent as possible and enjoy caring for others. 

My name is Mia and I am new the Social Care industry.

I have previous administration experience but felt that I wanted to give something back, and ExperCare is the perfect fit.

I started with ExperCare in June 2025 and enjoy supporting my colleagues and speaking with our service users everyday, I maintain all aspects of filing and general administration within the branch including answering the phones. I am likely the first person you will speak to when you call.
